Our Cancellation Policy
To better meet the needs of our clients, all of our services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A deposit via credit card or PayPal is required to hold your appointment. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of your appointment. For two hours of services, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. For spa packages or groups, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required.
